Embrace
Embrace is a wearable that monitors heart rate and responds to sharp and sudden spikes by lightly squeezing and releasing the wearer’s wrist in a rhythm that guides breathing.
As a result, the wearer can regain control (of their heart rate) in the initial moments of a panic attack, protecting them from loosing confident and altering their habits because of fear.
